In the wake of its ouster of long-time executive director Glenn Petty, the Virginia Thoroughbred Association has announced that Easter Associates, Inc. has been retained to manage the organization. Debbie Easter will serve as the Executive Director.
Easter Associates, Inc. has more than 35 years of experience in managing state and national associations. Debbie brings 25 years of experience in the thoroughbred industry. She was a past VTA president and board member.
The VTA will keep an office in Warrenton, but administrative duties will be handled in the Charlottesville office. The new address is 250 West Main Street, Suite 100, Charlottesville, VA 22902. Debbie will be in the Warrenton office two to three days per week and in the Charlottesville office or traveling the remaining days.
