Save the date! The 29th renewal of Jim McKay Maryland Million Day is set for Saturday, October 18, 2014 at Laurel Park. Widely celebrated as “Maryland’s Day at the Races,” Jim McKay Maryland Million Day features races for Maryland-sired horses with purses and awards totaling over $1 million.
“Maryland’s colts are back!” says Cricket Goodall, executive director, “We have new stallions arriving for the upcoming breeding season and, as always, the Maryland Million program pays tribute to the past, present and future of Maryland’s Thoroughbred industry.”
Jim McKay Maryland Million Day is a special event that offers a festival of competitive racing and activities for fans of all ages.
