Rider David Cora won twice on Sunday to move his career win total to 2,001.  He reached 2,000 when he piloted Raging Smoke to a two-length allowance score on Saturday afternoon at Parx and then moved past that mark when he and Southern Celebrity teamed  up to score a mild upset in a state-bred allowance at Penn National that evening…
