Local horseplayers will see several new wagering options when live racing resumes on Saturday at Parx Racing in Bensalem. Management announced today it will lower the minimum wager for all trifectas to fifty cents. The previous minimum had been $1. Trifectas are offered on every race.
In addition, the popular ten cent superfecta will be expanded to include all races as well. Previously, there were only two superfectas offered on the standard daily program.
And finally, the late daily double will now consist of the last two races on the program regardless of how many races are offered on a given day.
The changes begin with the program this Saturday, April 4th. First post is 12:55PM.
