From a Hollywood Casino at Charles Town Races release
Due to the continued impact of the extreme winter weather that moved through the area over the weekend and resulted in snowfall accumulations of 40 inches in parts of West Virginia’s eastern panhandle, Hollywood Casino at Charles Town Races has cancelled live racing for Thursday evening, January 28. The facility will remain open for simulcasting as scheduled.
Charles Town, which is currently conducting live racing on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings, is slated to have racing resume on Friday, January 29 at its new start time of 7:00 P.M. EST.
