Featured guests on Saturday include Kenny McPeek and Jeb Hannum. McPeek, a trainer, conditioned the filly Swiss Skydiver to victory in the 2020 Preakness. Saturday afternoon, she will run again, in the Grade 1 Apple Blossom against two-time Breeders’ Cup Distaff winner Monomoy Girl in a major early-season showdown. Hannum is executive director of the Virginia Equine Alliance, which recently published a report detailing the economic impact of the racing industry in Virginia.

Also slated to join the show are program regulars Darrell Wood and former Colonial Downs on-air handicapper Derby Bill Watson. The show is hosted by Nick Hahn with support from Frank Vespe.

The Off to the Races season kicks off February 20 and will extend through the Colonial Downs racing season and into September.
