In this one-turn dash for $5,000 claiming fillies and mares, #4 U S Funds (9-5) gives Brown solid chance to sweep the early daily double as the tepid choice here. #3 Shesauptowngirl (4-1) has displayed a tendency to finish second and seems destined for runner-up spot here. #5 Irish Knockout (2-1) has been consistent sort all season and could rebound from latest effort. #1 Meet Ms Bobbi Rae (7-2) won last out and could repeat here for trainer Ollie Figgins III if able to overcome rail draw.

In this two-turn event for state-bred $10,000 claimers, #3 Officer Appeal (8-5) won last out and looks poised to repeat here for trainer Ernesto Perez. #1 Bop Marley (2-1) was solid second last out for trainer Javier Contreras and looms a major player in this spot. #2 Nautical Warrior (4-1) was solid third two back for trainer Jeff Runco and merits respect here. #4 Henry Standingbear (8-1) won two back and was third last out and could forge mild upset in this spot.

In this two-turn event for $5,000 claiming fillies and mares, #6 Sailing Rock (5-2) won last out last Saturday night and looks poised to repeat off the rapid turnaround. #4 Vintage Gin (1-1) won last out and twice in last three and looms the solid favorite in this spot for trainer Michael Atkins. #2 Wiki Wood (4-1) returns from lengthy stay at Mountaineer Park and could forge mild surprise here for trainer M. Joanna Boggs. #1 Fonda Romana (12-1) makes just third start of the campaign and gets favorable inside draw for this outing.

In this two-two event for $5,000 claiming fillies and mares, #3 China Cat (8-5) returns from route race at Timonium for much more suitable spot for trainer Anthony Farrior. #7 Jimmsyextragirl (2-1) won last out and seeks second straight tally for trainer Stacey Viands of Parisian Diva fame. #4 Glorious Mystery (7-2) makes return from Timonium to winnable spot here for trainer Mike Jones, Jr. #1 Infinite Reward (12-1) has been fourth in each of last two since July triumph and merits respect at a generous price here thanks to inside draw.

In the Saturday night feature, a two-turn allowance for state-breds, #5 Nocashrefunds (8-1) exits Leavitt for more appealing spot for trainer M. Joanna Boggs. #3 Eleanors Jack (9-2) has won both career starts for trainer John A. Casey of Down Town Allen fame and was extremely flattered by Cedar Runs Castle’s nine-length win on Thursday. #2 Allen Can Do It (5-2) also exits Leavitt and gives Casey chance to run one-two here. #1 Pistol P (5-1) also departs the Leavitt and gets favorable inside draw for allowance return.

RACE 8

1-7-8-9

In the Saturday night finale, a two-turn event for $5,000 claimers, #1 Rum Runner Red (8-1) gets favorable inside draw and looks poised for mils surprise in this spot. #7 Scottish Man (7-5) has been second four times in nine winless starts this year but looms the solid choice despite bridesmaid role. #8 Flashy Ready Rick (9-2) was solid second last out and merits respect here. #9 Maltech (4-1) gives Brown modest chance to post bookend victories on the card.
