In this two-turn event for $5,000 claimers, #1 Twobitsaride (7-2) has been second five times since win in seasonal debut and could end skid here. #5 J J Wedgit Man (8-5) was good second last out following retun from three-month rest and looks to prevail as the tepid choice here for owner-trainer Tim Collins. #6 Lufty’s Kisses (9-5) won two back at Mountaineer Park and looks to regain winning ways here. #8 Adios See Ya (12-1) is still seeing first win in 16th start this year but could round out triple at a big price here.

In this two-turn event for $5,000 claimers, #4 Talkthetalk (5-2) won two back and has been second twice in last three and looks primed for mild upset here for trainer David Walters. #1 Morality Clause (2-1) has been second in each of last two outings but recorded three wins earlier this year and merits respect here as the likely fave. #7 Intoxicologist (4-1) won last out at Finger Lakes and makes local debut seeking second straight score. #8 French Nouget (12-1) has been second twice and third six times in nine winless outings this year but could complete several gimmicks at a generous price.

In this two-turn event for $5,000 claimers, #5 Chestnut Lime (7-2) has been idle four months but gets the nod for mild upset here for trainer Ronney Brown. #6 Jacklighting (5-2) won last out in second start over the strip and could repeat here. #7 Sonde St Blues (7-5) is looking to end modest skid in this spot and looms the favorite despite outset draw. #1 Master Yoo (15-1) appears capable of completing several gimmicks at a big price.

In this two-turn starter allowance event, #4 Creekmore (7-2) won last out at Delaware Park and already boasts five wins this year. #2 Fire Down Below (9-5) has won last two and three of last four for trainer Amy Albright and could be odds-on by post time in this spot. #8 Tom Terrific (8-1) delivered big effort at huge price on Maryland Million Day and looks for a mild surprise here. #10 Awesome Buzz (5-1) exits allowance score and seeks second straight while looking to overcome outside slot.

In this competitive, two-turn allowance for state-bred boys, #2 Officer Appeal (5-2) defeated claimers last out for trainer Anthony Farrior and jumps back into allowance spot seeking second straight. #3 Pistol P (9-5) has been fifth in each of last two tries at the level but looms a serious contender here. #7 Remys Showtime (4-1) has been consistent sort all season against similar after opening campaign with victory against claimers for trainer Tim Grams. #8 Nautical Warrior (5-1) also bested claimers last out and makes jump back to allowance company for Runco.

In the Saturday night feature, #6 Star of Night (3-5) arrives as sharp winner of the $175,000 West Virginia Cavada Breeders Classic and the defending champion of this event and the reigning West Virginia-bred horse of the year looks to put finishing touches on a perfect campaign for Runco. #2 Stowe Angel (5-1) won the Roger Ramey Distaff at this distance last out and gives Runco solid chance to run one-two in here. #4 Door Buster (15-1) also won a WVBC night and looms a contender here while stretching out for the first time for Figgins. #9 Privately (6-1) was solid second behind the top choice in the Cavada and merits respect here for trainer Javier Contreras.

In the Saturday night finale, a one-turn maiden $5,000 claiming evemt for state-bred fillies and mares, #8 Trueno Fuerte (9-2) gets favorable outside draw and looms primed for a mild upset to cap the card. #6 Nicky D (8-1) makes career debut in this spot for trainer Sara Kopecki and could be primed for surprise score. #1 Real Appeal (8-5) was solid second last out and could be odds-on choice by post time while seeking diploma in 15th career outing. #4 Ex Rated (5-1) also makes career debut in this spot and rates a solid chance.
