Parx Racing has made a late-breaking decision to cancel its scheduled live race card for Feb. 14. The decision was announced at 12:15 p.m., after scratches had already been taken and just 10 minutes prior to the scheduled first post.

The weather is frigid in Pennsylvania and elsewhere in the East. The high today in Bensalem, where Parx is located, is expected to reach just 27 degrees, and according to weather.com, it currently feels like 10 degrees.
