In the Saturday night opener, a one-turn maiden special weight dash for state-breds, #5 Aldarighttricks (5-2) finished third last out and looks poised to graduate for trainer and former local rider William “Ray” Lewis, Jr. #1 Karma Bus (2-1) has been third in each of first two career outings for trainer Ronney Brown and looked to overcome tricky rail draw. #2 Vagabond Virgin (3-1) makes career debut for trainer Jeff Runco off several good works and deserve a look here. #7 Malekes Magic (12-1) also makes career debut here and could complete several gimmicks at a generous price.

In this interesting two-turn allowance allowance for fillies and mares, #1 Azzurra (2-1) gets favorable inside draw for trainer Anthony Farrior with solid chance to record first win in five seasonal tries. #3 Ocean Lilly (5-1) returns after good second-place finish at Mountaineer Park last out for trainer Mike Jones, Jr. and merits respect in this spot. #2 Baby Man (9-5) won two back and makes first start off the claim for trainer Norman “Lynn” Cash seeking to atone for latest outing. #4 Someday Is Today (6-1) already sports two seasonal scores and looks to rebound from modest effort last out.

In this two-turn event for $4,000 claimers, #3 West Virginia Pam (7-2) returns from Mountaineer Park and gets the nod for mild upset here. #2 Mojo Matters (5-2) looks to regain winning ways for trainer Russell Davis and should be able to work out favorable trip. #5 So Red The Rose (8-5) was solid second two back and looks to atone for latest outing for trainer and former jockey Keturah Obed-Letts. #1 Boca Birdie (15-1) gets favorable rail draw and could complete several gimmicks at a big price.

In this interesting, two-turn allowance for follies and mares, #3 Hessica (5-2) has been third twice and fourth twice since winning the Cavada Breeders Classic last fall and looks to regain winning ways in this spot for trainer Kristy Petty. #7 Beautiful And Bold (6-5) makes local debut after facing tougher at Oaklawn Park and Delaware Park and looms potential odds-on proposition here. #1 Timetogetup (6-1) owns a 1-3-3 slate from nine starts in busy campaign and gives Petty chance to run one-two here. #4 Cousin Winnie (5-1) won three back and seeks to rebound from last two outings for trainer Cynthia McKee.

In this one-turn maiden special weight dash for state-bred fillies and mares, #10 Phantom Queen (3-1) was second last out and has been three times in last four tries for trainer Vernon Greaves and gets favorable outside draw with solid chance to graduate. #8 Megeezer (8-1) was good third last out and merits respect in this spot. #7 Scarlet Rebel (5-1) makes career debut for trainer Mike Jones, Jr. and could prevail at first asking. #4 Aunt Tooty (6-1) also makes career debut for trainer Larry Curtis and deserves a look at first asking.

In this two-turn event for $10,000 claimers, #2 Ladro Di Fichi (9-2) was solid second last out and has been second three times in eight winless starts this year for trainer Anthony Farrior and looks poised to end drought here. #4 Katalima (7-2) exits allowance company and was second in two consecutive starts against similar for trainer Lela Hanagan. #9 Arrowwood (4-1) exits tough starter allowance event and merits respect in this spot. #8 Lady Cinco de Mayo (5-1) has been second four times in eight winless starts this year for trainer Dewayne Johnson and looks to end that drought here.
