RACE 1

3. Never Till Now	Atrocious start left this one a lot to do in debut outing but ran on willingly thereafter; can improve
6. Hello Sunshine	Debut better than it looks as winner It’s Hammertime has a ton of talent and won a stake next out; gelded and time away since latest
7. Dementor	Breeding says dirt could work for this one and both prior tries on the lawn acceptable; connex protect in this spot

RACE 2

5. Jersey Perfection	Last couple aren’t good but best wins here; four-back runner-up effort came behind next-out allowance winner who then ran third in a stake
3. Ascribe	On the improve for leading trainer-jock combo
4. Couperin	Speedster likely to go hunting the front but failure to seal the deal after getting away with 50-second half two back makes endorsing on top a tough call; unlikely to have it that easy in here

RACE 3 – OFF THE TURF

7. Yahoo Omar	Speedy sort looks to be rounding back into form after easy win versus two-life company; might grab the lead again
1. Look Sharp	With other speed outside, may have to take stalk-and-pounce approach; won nicely in latest and keeps leading rider up
9. Factor U and Me In	Has kept better company but only main track win came at 2f
5. Harbor of Gold	Hasn’t tried the dirt, and a couple of middling recent efforts give pause, but breeding says surface shift shouldn’t be an issue

3. Kissthemoon	Improving sort has won three of last four main-track tries; brings rider Rodriguez in for the trip
5. Style Me Royal	Might be controlling speed
6. Silver Style	Draw a line through turf try and this one’s form just fine

RACE 5 – OFF THE TURF

3. Pay Billy	Willing debut after poor start left him behind the eight ball; runner-up graduated next with 75 Beyer fig
6. Kye	Compton barn won a week ago with only 2yo firster of the meet to date; well-bred type has sluggish work tab
7. Uptown Tappin	Blinkers on for second outing after getting throttled in race where winner spread-eagled the field
13. Stonington	Troubled trip in debut; rider comes for this outing

RACING NOTES

Jockey Ben Curtis, who entered the day with one win at Delaware Park this meet after having ridden mostly at Colonial Downs during the summer, won twice, with Bounteous ($2.60) for trainer Rob Atras and Contemplation ($3.40) for Michael Stidham, who regularly rode him at Colonial…
It was a chalky kinda day at the windows. The three Pick 5s paid between $25 and $75, which is a lotta handicapping work for not much return. Hoping some prices find their way forward Thursday…

RACE 6

7. The Judge and Jury	Recent form a bit of a concern but owns a class edge over these; should sit a good trip with a couple of speeds to aim at
3. Highland Ghost	New barn, gelded, and blinks on; likely to be involved in the early pace
4. My Mamba	In good form and looks for stalk-and-pounce trip

5. Principia	MTO runner kicked off the meet with a win versus similar at this trip
1. Martynas’ Joy	Inclined to forgive most recent dirt try May 23 on speed-favoring strip; January runner-up at FG looks better and better as winner Our Pretty Woman returned to be second in G2 Fairgrounds Oaks and later won a stake
8. Angelofcanterbury	Speedy sort’s best efforts contend here
12. Carroll Girl	Owns five wins in eight local starts
