| 7. Crazy Anita | Last was a clunker but prior tries fit here |
| 4. Ghostly Anna | Beaten favorite in two straight likely to be bettors’ choice again, but we’re not too excited by 0-for-18 ledger |
| 2. I’m Flying Up | Form’s a bit in-and-out but better tries contend |
RACE 4
| 2. Bull’s Legacy | Troubled trips in two tries since the Rideoutt claim but finished up and galloped out well in latest; return to better form would get it done |
| 1. Boundtobeok | Return to state-bred company was just what the Dr. ordered in latest; has been beaten a length or less five times in the last six months |
| 8. Mitole Candy | Lightly raced sort making pretty quick work of her conditions |
RACE 5
| 1. Bustier | Gets blinkers on and might be fast enough to control the tempo; exits plus heat, with winner repeating at LRL and show horse graduating next, and class break should be sufficient |
| 9. Dice Arm | Rallied smartly to lead in latest before tiring |
| 6. Laura’s Thunder | Last couple put this one in the mix |
RACE 6
| 3. Yankee Doodle Kid | Caught potential local star Moonlit Notion in latest but was best of rest; solid debut over next-out graduate T Rex Union |
| 5. Show Time Allen | May be outfooted early and has caught a who’s-who of good local one-turn horses of late, but best contends |
| 2. Wishful Thoughts | Makes season bow (trainer Contreras 8/49 off similar breaks in one-turn dashes) after solid ’24 outings |
RACE 7
| 1. Stryda | Ought to be able to use speed to best effect breaking from the rail and with horses with less gate speed to her immediate outside; ran well despite getting bumped leaving gate in latest |
| 5. Snowy Juba Cat | Solid ’24 campaign ended on a sour note but return to best would put her in the mix |
| 4. Full Moon Lover | Bested top choice in latest and has been a consistent hard-hitter at this level |
RACE 8
| 7. Gabriel Seven | Figures to press the pace early and should be a handful on best |
| 4. Mon Gateau | Not sure he’ll be good enough to seal the deal, but he should control the early running |
| 2. Point Pelee | Arrives off a win after which he was a voided claim |
