Colonial Downs releases promotional schedule

Colonial Downs has announced a robust promotional schedule to support the 2024 live racing season in New Kent, VA.

The catalog for Wanamaker’s Feb. 29 sale is now live and includes yearlings, broodmares, a no-guarantee season to Great Notion, and more.

Heavy favorite Timberlake delivered a solid performance to win Saturday’s Rebel Stakes at Oaklawn Park, and he’s taken the Derby points lead.

Maryland Juvenile Stakes winner Circle P, will make his first start since December 2 in Saturday’s Miracle Wood, Laurel’s next step to the Preakness.
